Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Lake Isabella, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,016 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Nursing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in emergency room nursing License: Current RN License in California Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS Must-Have: - Recent emergency room experience preferred - Operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records preferred - Ability to pass nursing medication tests - Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Good interpersonal skills to interface professionally and respectfully with patients and staff - Basic computer skills - Willingness to cross-train in other nursing departments as needed - Ability to float to Med Surg if required Description: Provides patient care in an emergency setting, reflecting initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with minimal supervision. Triages patients safely, rapidly, and accurately. Communicates effectively with physicians about patient status. Must be willing to adapt to changing departmental needs. Position requires good interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and the general public. Basic computer proficiency is necessary for charting and documentation.
