Santa Maria Labor Finders is currently seeking A Senior Carpenter. As a Senior Carpenter you will play a key role in leading construction projects, overseeing carpentry work, and ensuring the projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with High-end Carpenters Company and team members to deliver exceptional results that exceed clients expectations.*Key Responsibilities: ** Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.* Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood, fiberglass, or other materials.* Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities.* Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices* Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.* Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.*Requirements** Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or leadership role.* Proficiency in reading, blueprints, drawings, and specifications* Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.* Ability to lead and supervise carpentry teams effectively.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Valid Driver License and reliable transportation.* OSHA Cert is a plus*Benefits: ** Competitive salary based on experience.* Temp-to-Hire opportunity!* Potential for advancement with the company.*Salary:* $35-50 an hour DOE*How to apply:* Please respond with a resume OR Santa Maria Labor Finders a call at 805-346-6083.Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourSchedule:* Day shiftApplication Question(s):* What is your direct email address?* What is the best number to reach you?* How much carpentry experience do you have?Work Location: In personby Jobble
