Job Description:

Local company is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant. In this exciting opportunity you will be responsible for but not limited to:



? Assisting in the coordination of events and corporate conferences, event scheduling and travel arrangements.


? Serving as a liaison between company and both inside and outside vendors.


? Research and data retrieval


? Proofreading and editing


? Database management.


Seeking candidates with a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and desktop publishing experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
