At Cannon Corporation, we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Structural Senior Associate Engineer to join our engineering and architecture department. As a leader in community infrastructure development, we prioritize delivering superior and sustainable solutions. In this role, you'll leverage your advanced structural engineering experience to oversee and contribute to projects enhancing public and private infrastructure. Your expertise will help shape the environments in which we live, emphasizing improvement through innovative and efficient engineering solutions. Design, analyze, and detail structural engineering plans and systems. Supervise a team of engineers and drafters, providing guidance and expertise on multiple projects. Coordinate with other project stakeholders to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and project specifications. Contribute to the development of project proposals, ensuring they meet client expectations and sustainability targets. Monitor and ensure the quality of work output in accordance with the agreed timeline and budget. Advanced knowledge in structural engineering principles, practices, and methods. Strong leadership skills and experience in project management. Proficiency with industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis programs. Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to innovate and solve complex problems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PE (Professional Engineer) license required. SE (Structural Engineer) license preferred. Certifications related to sustainable and green building practices are an advantage.
