We are seeking a Full Time Lead Mental Health Clinician to join our team at our program in Lompoc, CA. - - -Earn Hourly: $37.34-$43.25 -Position DetailsThe Lead Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) acts as the Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts responsible for clinical care of individuals receiving services. • Master's degree in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is ideal.
• Licensed or licensed-eligible with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• Strong clinical skills and previous experience working with adults with severe emotional disturbance/severe and persistent mental illness in a community-based setting is required. -
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• Bilingual preferred.
