Anesthesiology Opportunity - Coastal California Live and work

relaxed, community-focused setting. Practice Highlights
Collaborative team of 2 Anesthesiologists and 4 CRNAs Low-acuity,
well-supported environment focused on patient care Brea and Butter
Anesthesia: General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, Spine, and
Geriatric Surgery 4 modern operating rooms Schedule Monday-Friday,
approximately 7 AM - 3/4 PM ( 40 hrs/week) Home call only - no
in-house call OB coverage is infrequent and easily manageable
Compensation & Benefits $700,000 annual salary Ownership potential
after year one Path to partnership with increased earning potential
and long-term stability Candidate Requirements Board-Certified or
Board-Eligible in Anesthesiology Mid-career physician preferred,
