Certifications and Licenses (Required): - Active California RN

required - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities -
Adaptability to fast-paced hospital environments Preferred
Education & Experience: - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or
higher degree preferred - Prior experience working in high-volume
maternity units - Knowledge of hospital protocols and latest
obstetric practices - Ability to handle emergent situations calmly
