Job Overview & Responsibilities: Join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and providing treatment services to a variety of patients, focusing on the hand and upper extremities. Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement Structured mentoring and fully covered, in-house Continuing Education courses Race fee reimbursement Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual Your Responsibilities as a Certified Hand Therapist Provide evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients in accordance with physician referral and Plan of Care, focusing on the hand and upper extremities Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members Build and maintain relationships throughout the community Clinic Information: This clinic is in a growing city nearby Los Angeles that has easy access to the beach and mountains. We have a lot to offer without the chaos of a large city. We are partnered with AdventistHealth so we have opportunities to promote clinical skills in outpatient. We also have really easy access to reach the referring physicians within our partnership. We also have the exclusive partnership with the Condors Hockey team. Qualifications & Pay Range: Qualifications Graduate ofanapprovedoccupationaltherapy program State Licensure Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association Annual Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 Any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position. This range does not include bonuses.
