Cath Lab Tech Location: Bakersfield, CA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $3,382 to $3,576 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title Cath Lab Technologist City/State: Bakersfield, California Shift: 10H Days, 07:00:00-17:00:00, EOW, first to float, call required Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 02/24/2026 Job Description: The Cath Lab Technologist is responsible for working in the cardiac catheterization lab, assisting with procedures by scrubbing and monitoring hemodynamics. The role requires call participation and collaboration with RNs and other technicians during various cases. Responsibilities: Participate in cardiac catheterization lab procedures with a focus on monitoring and scrubbing. Rotate call for inpatient and emergent cases, including one weekend per month. Assist with procedural processes, airway management, and handling cardiac drips and balloon pumps. Requirements: ARRT, BLS, and Fluoroscopy certifications. Current cath lab experience. Comfortable with conscious and moderate sedation, cardiac drips, and procedural processes. Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part III
