opening of a third state-of-the-art clinic, we are seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to step into an
established, high-demand practice where you can build a full
patient panel quickly and earn $400K in a supportive,
physician-focused environment. Practice Details Join a
collaborative team of four pediatricians in a growing
multi-specialty group Immediate patient volume with a partial panel
available from a departing physician Monday-Friday clinic schedule
with dedicated admin time Primarily outpatient pediatrics with
shared 1:6 hospital call for ER consults and emergency C-sections
Dedicated Medical Assistant support Modern EMR systems:
eClinicalWorks (clinic) and Altera (hospital) Compensation &
Benefits Average physician earnings $400,000 $25,000 signing bonus
plus relocation assistance PSLF eligible facility with access to
California loan forgiveness programs 30 days (6 weeks) of
