In this job you will...Establish complex operational software configuration controls and system interfaces for computer system(s) assignedMaintain file servers, Firewalls, network access, Security Monitoring Systems and system documentation as requiredAnalyze and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performancePrepare system for operational use and support operational testsReview, prepare, and update AIS accreditation packagesNotify customer when changes occur that might affect AIS accreditation/certificationPerform AIS self-inspections,provide security coordination and review of all system test plansIdentify AIS vulnerabilities and implement countermeasuresEnsure AIS and network nodes are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with security policies and practicesPerform VTC System Administration, Scheduling, & ConfigurationProvide guest networks Client SupportPerform Account Creations, changes, & deletions Provide Help Desk & troubleshootingPerform Hardware/Software System Configuration, upgrades and modificationsProvide Personal-Issue Laptop SupportPerform Media Control & AccountabilityPerform COMSEC account/equipment managementprovide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for Team MembersExperience Requirements:5-7 years related experienceEducation Requirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (4 years)Certification Requirements:Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 2 within 6 months of the date of hire.
