Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Demand
Planning Manager to drive accurate forecasting, inventory
management, and supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in demand planning, data analysis, and
cross-functional collaboration to optimize product availability

Description Develop and implement demand planning strategies to
forecast product demand accurately. Analyze historical sales data,
market trends, and inventory levels to optimize stock availability.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure
alignment between demand forecasts and business objectives. Lead
S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to review
forecasts, inventory, and production plans. Work closely with
supply chain teams to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and excess
inventory. Utilize demand planning tools and software to enhance
forecasting accuracy. Monitor and report key performance indicators
(KPIs) related to demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and
inventory management. Identify risks and opportunities in demand
fluctuations and provide actionable insights. Drive continuous
improvement initiatives in demand planning processes. Profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics,
or a related field; MBA preferred. 5 years of experience in demand
planning, forecasting, or supply chain management. Proficiency in
demand planning software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
(SAP, Oracle, Excel, Power BI, etc.). Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent
communication and collaboration abilities to work
cross-functionally. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment. Experience in consumer electronics,
automotive, or retail industries is a plus. Job Offer 90,000 -
110,000 Base Salary Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits Generous PTO
