To ?create safe, comfortable, affordable housing.? Embrace wants to

community. Working towards the goal of helping low-income residents
overcome barriers to success by connecting them to existing
community services, facilitating their access to governmental
programs, and by providing onsite services tailored to the specific
needs of the residents.
Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Resident
Services Coordinator develops and implements a robust curriculum
for on-site Resident Services at a Family Affordable Housing
Residential Complex. The Resident Services Coordinator will provide
residents with referrals, assist residents in accessing community
resources, and empower residents by locating and/or initiating
enrichment services on and off- site.
?Develop and facilitate robust social / wellness curriculum.
? Ability and desire to work closely in our Learning Center with
children from varied cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic
backgrounds, while practicing patience, positivity, and
?Identify the strengths / needs of residents through a
?Link residents to local community resources.
?Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
?Develop opportunities for residents to increase involvement with
their local community which includes, but not limited to,
workshops, community building and social events.
?Collect and record data to measure program outcomes.
?Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations for
confidentiality, HIPAA, mandated reporting of suspected child or
? Ability to successfully work with families of diverse ethnic and
? Must have strong organizational and planning skills.
? Demonstrate skill in operating Microsoft Word, Outlook,
PowerPoint, and Excel.
? Frequently required to walk, drive and use one?s fingers / hands
/ wrists to manipulate a keyboard or writing instrument.
? Occasionally required to sit, stand, and reach.
? Occasionally required to walk, run, kneel, and lift objects
heavier than 50 pounds.
? Must be willing to travel to/from various sites.
? Responsible to set up and clean up facilities utilized for events
with occasional lifting, bending and pushing.
? Bachelor?s degree preferred
? Valid driver?s license
? Satisfactory completion of background screen
? Reliable internet / cell phone service if / when remote work is
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
