Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring for a Shipping Supervisor in Santa Maria, CA.
As a Shipping Supervisor you will:
Monitor staff performance
Assist with packaging and staging of deliveries
Provide leadership by coaching, counseling, training, and individual development
This is a full-time Direct Hire opportunity.
Minimum of 5 plus years of shipping experience
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
25 per hour
