Payload Launch Site Support Services (PLSSS) program provides all
launch processing support functions for the Office of Space Launch
(OSL). Key elements of the PLSSS program include satellite launch
processing, transport operations, propellant loading operations,
and processing facilities Operation and Maintenance (O&M),
clean room operations, and safety and environmental services. The
program's two operating locations are Vandenberg AFB, CA and Cape
Canaveral AFS, FL. We are seeking a Security Systems and Closed
Circuit Television (CCTV) Engineer who will be responsible for the
design, purchase, installation, integration, validation,
commissioning, accreditation, troubleshooting, and updating of
perimeter intrusion detection and video management systems,
software, and servers. The selected candidate will work alongside
the industry's most talented mechanical, civil, electronic, and
electrical engineers. The ability to collaborate effectively across
interdisciplinary teams is essential. A 9/80 workweek schedule is
an available option. Occasional odd shifts, travel and overtime may
be required. Typical Experience:
? Typically has 5 or more years of professional experience.

troubleshooting Video Management and/or Security and Event
Management systems and software.
? Demonstrated experience implementing COTS communications, CCTV,
and security systems.

? Must hold a CompTIA Security+ or higher certification or be able
to obtain certification within six (6) months of hire.
? The applicant selected must be a US citizen, will be subject to a
government security investigation, and must meet eligibility
requirements for an elevated clearance (TS/SCI) for access to
? Design, integration, and troubleshooting of Security and Event
Management systems and software, e.g., CCURE 9000.
? Balanced Magnetic Switches, Tampers, Card Readers, Field
? Intrusion Detection and Perimeter Alarms.
? Digital Video Recording and Playback.
? Multi-channel networked video recording/archiving.
? Multi-channel networked video switching and playback.
? Fixed and PTZ CCTV cameras (IP and Analog).
? Audio/Video systems.
? Experience integrating Security and CCTV systems with each
? Experience with Cinemassive, Evertz, or similar Video Wall
? Experience with system security scanning and patching for
? Experience with the XACTA accreditation process.
? Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing Local Area
? Experience terminating and testing fiber optic cables.
? Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD preferred).
