As a HR & Payroll Generalist Part Time you will: Bilingual (English & Spanish) ? Required Process weekly or bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time using Paychex Flex (experience preferred, but not required) Assist with onboarding of new employees, including paperwork, orientations, and training coordination Answer employee questions related to benefits, insurance, payroll, and company policies Help maintain up-to-date and compliant employee records Support with performance documentation and employee status changes This is a part time 1st Shift opportunity | 15 - 20 hours per week (flexible) The ideal candidate will have: 1?2 years of HR, payroll, or administrative experience preferred Familiarity with Paychex Flex is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with employees Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Flexible and willing to grow with the role as hours and responsibilities expand Work is onsite and specific schedule TBD based on needs Pay Rate: $25.00 - 29.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
